These little pieces of art start out life as a vase. When the clay is firm enough, John slices the vase in half, lengthwise-creating two clay fish bodies. He then adds a tail, fins and eyes. Finally, the smile-which gives this fish it's personality. To complete the fish, John creates a notch on the back of the fish.

These are only meant to hang inside. If you want to hang it out side, be sure it's in a protected area which is dry and out of the sun.
